Personal Information Processing Policy
CH International (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")
values customers’ personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion
of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information
Protection.
"Company" informs you of what purpose and method the
personal information customers provide are used for and what measures are taken
to protect personal information through this Personal Information Processing
Policy.
Article 1 [Items of personal information collected and collecting
method]
① Items of personal information collected
1. "Company" collects the following personal information
for membership, consultation, and service application.
- When signing up for membership: Name, login ID, password, mobile
phone number, email, information of legal representative for subscribers under
the age of 19.

Article 3 [The retention
and utilization period of personal information]
In principle, the information will
be destroyed without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal
information is achieved. However, the following information shall be retained
for the period specified for the following reasons:
① Reasons for information retention
based on the internal policy of "Company"
In the event that a member withdraws, the
member's information can be retained for 5 years from the date of cancellation
of the service contract for the purpose of preventing the recurrence of illegal
use by the rogue member, resolving disputes, and cooperating with the
investigation agency upon request.

to preserve the member information according to the relevant laws, such as the Act
on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce etc., "Company" shall
keep the member information for a certain period as prescribed by the relevant laws
as follows.

Article 4 [Destruction procedures
and methods of personal information]
The "company" shall, in
principle, destroy the information immediately after the purpose of collecting
and using personal information is achieved. Destruction procedures and methods
are as follows.
① Destruction procedure
The information entered by members
for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the
purpose is achieved (separate filing box in case of paper) and is stored for a
period of time and then destroyed in accordance with the internal policy and
other reasons for information protection under relevant laws (see retention and
use period).
Personal information transferred
to a separate DB will not be used for purposes other than those held, unless it
is provided by law.
② Destruction method
Personal information stored in
electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that cannot be restored.
Article 5 [Providing Personal
Information]
"Company" will not provide the users'
personal information to the outside in principle. Exceptions are made in the
following cases:
① If the users
agree in advance
② If it is required
by the provisions of law or there is a request of an investigative agency in
accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed in law for investigation
purposes
Article 6 [Consignment of collected
personal information]
"Company" does not consign the performance
of services.
Article 7 [Rights of users and
legal representatives and their methods of exercise]
① A user may inquire or modify his or her
registered personal information at any time and may request to unsubscribe him
or her.
② Click “personal
information change" (or "member information modification" etc.) to inquire or modify
user’s personal information or "member withdrawal" to unsubscribe
(withdraw agreement), and after going through the personal identification
procedure, you may inquire, modify it, or withdraw from the service.

delay.
④ In the event that
you request correction of personal information errors, the personal information
shall not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition,

information that has been revoked or deleted upon request by users as specified
in the retention and use period of personal information collected by
