Q2. How do I get a refund?

Refunds can be requested at 'My Page -> My Order List' at the top right of the homepage prior to watching the education video. Refunds can be processed within 7 based on business days according to the Cha Hong Academy's ‘Purchase and Refund Regulations’ (see ‘Paragraph 2 of Article 2').
